Sense of Snow
The only news I've heard from home is how much snow fell this day, and how cold it was that day, and how deep the drifts were the other day. Come on, people. I'm not sure what you want me to do with that information. Feel sorry for you? Feel better about being here? Come back and suffer along with you?
I'd happily send some warmth your way in exchange for some cool breezes, and even a few snowflakes. (Just for a minute, though.) I suppose once it's one hundred degrees here this summer I'll be complaining right back to all of you, and maybe then I'll be wishing to be back in the snow. Be safe everyone! I guarantee I couldn't drive in it anymore. I have already wondered at times how a cold-loving Minnesotan like me ended up in this sweaty hot climate. Then I remember - oh, yeah, God sent me here. I guess I can't argue with that. I'm glad He knows what He's doing, because I sure haven't figured it out. Warm thoughts for you and yours...
