Now that I'm in charge of the blog, I figure I can just post a picture each day and be covered. A picture is, as they say, worth a thousand words - right?
Ok, I will try to keep it up to date with more than just pictures, but I will be posting random pictures daily without taking the time to organize or explain them. I've just got a lot of older ones that haven't made the blog that I'd like to share.
In real news - Tara and the girls did indeed make it to Florida safely and will be there for the next day or so, visiting colleges and eating out and driving on pavement. The fearsome foursome (Isaac, Noah, Hope, and Phoebe) and I are surviving so far.
This evening I took Phoebe and Hope to our friends house to set them up for the week. (Chris and Leslie will be watching them during the weekdays - and we owe them BIGTIME.) I had thought after this morning's success I wouldn't need to drop them off - but by mid-afternoon the chaos was mounting and it was indeed time to split up the brood.
The boys acted like insane animals the whole time we were at Chris and Leslie's this evening, and I'm sure they feel they got the better deal in babysitting duties. At least they got the quiet half of the crew.
Fortunately Leslie cooked dinner for us - so far so good. No Livesay child is hungry or infected with any jungle diseases...yet.
