Our introverted, sensitive, (occasionally) hot-headed, and silly sixth child is turning seven today. We've so enjoyed watching her come into her own over the last year. She loves reading, playing house, and being with her bestie, Lydia. We love you Phoebe Joy!
Lydia did not get a birthday blog this year. Does it mean I don't love her? No. Does it mean that life is terribly unfair and sometimes your parents cannot keep everything even? Yes. That is exactly what it means. Does it mean that seven kids is a lot of kids to pull off anything even closely resembling "fair"? Yes, it sure does.
