To shop anywhere here, you must have patience. This business gets credit for being honest about it from the start. You must be prepared to search high and low for you item, find only 1/3 of what you came for and pay 3 times what you would have paid for it in the USA.
After you have your overpriced items in hand, you need to be prepared to stand in one line and have your items rung up. In many places you take your rung up, and paid for items to a second counter for further review and checking. After the man at the second counter is satisfied that you did not end up with more than you paid for in the five steps you took between him and the cashier ... then, you are free to go.
The errand that you ran should have taken 10 minutes, but instead it took an hour.
All of this requires patience.
