If you need clothing, groceries, or household items in LaDigue - you head to the Arcahaie market on Wednesday or Saturday. Usually you buy each item from a different vendor.
Today Paige, Tipap and Robensen took the team to the market and offered them the authentic experience of riding to town using public transportation ... a tap-tap.

Hope the weather was ok for them. It didn't look too promising on the weather report I just saw! Praying you all don't have more than a little rain!!
And, I just got my copy of Troy's book. It is beautiful, as I knew it would be. Troy, you have a wondeful talent!
God bless you all as you move!!

Hey,
Praying for you guys (and Licia and Lori) and hoping things are ok weather wise down there. Looks like Arcahaie and Leogane both had some damage according to the news this way. Hoping that it missed you all and that you didn't have any damage.

Hi D.Z.-
We had a nice even rain for about five or six hours -- no wind and no damage in our area to speak of -- and no flooding. Thanks for the prayers - we are hiking for a few hours tomorrow so we're glad the rain stopped in time.
Judy - so glad you like Troy's book - thanks for letting us know! Hope things are well in Baton Rouge!
:)
