Yesterday at Women's Program our eyes were open to the reality of women here. They were asked questions and gave answers that were heartbreaking ... but truthful. More on that later.
We frequently listen to Dave Johnson, Church of the Open Door and Greg Boyd, Woodland Hills Church - they are usually phenomenal. Lately the two of them seem to be covering similar texts and topics.
Troy listens in the car, I listen on the treadmill ... but we both thought this was a really great sermon. If you frequently find yourself in judgment of others, this is an amazing thing to consider and a great sermon ... the analogies worked. We hope you'll check it out.

11/16/2008 – Confronted By Upside Down, Greg Boyd – sermon length is 41:50 minutes
There are two sons in the parable of the Prodigal Son, and in this passage we find out how the older son responds when the younger son returns home. He’s judgmental of his brother, but it’s easy to understand why because his reaction stems from a sense of justice that we all share. However, the Kingdom of God challenges us to avoid judgments and instead, extend God’s grace to others. [Focus Scripture: Luke 15:25-32]
Ideas for unblocking are welcome. Until then, have a great week.Random- Does anyone know how I could get my hands on a copy of this ?
