So glad they found Jesus... the star... AND kept their clothes on..

Enjoy that chilly weather... need us to send you some Snuggies? Apparently wearing robes backwards is all the rage!

Merry Christmas Livesays....

The plan is to wake up Christmas morning...eat some food...open some gifts..

Then we will cook a big pot of chicken and wild rice soup and bake some cookies...and all go to the big family celebration that night where we'll stay up playing cards and eating junk.

Then we'll slog back home and put our tired happy full blessed selves to bed.

We hope to spend the rest of the weekend just being bums and having lots of family snuggle time playing with toys and enjoying daddy being home from work.

Tell Beth I say hello and send my love....

Oh..and how is the running injury, Tara?

One son left to make it home before the "big storm" hits full force. Then we plan to do nothing, hopefully make it into town for worship and on Christmas day help with a community meal that First Lutheran has hosted for many years.
also hope to make goodies AGAIN since they seem to have all disappeared already. Love the Magi..they are just too adorable. Merry Christmas to all the Livesays!

Love your videos this year!!

We will spend Christmas, just the 5 of us this year. We started a new tradition last year (you can read about it here:http://thebowyers.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-changes-become-tradition.html)

But I am so looking forward to hearing where my kids gave their money. And also looking forward to telling them about Heartline, where I gave my money.

I don't comment much on your blog, but want you to know that I pray for y'all and love reading about all you do for Christ in Haiti.

Merry Christmas!

We will be doing a lot of thinking about you during these next two days..and trying not not feel sorry for ourselves or feel sorry for you...too much anyway. We will survive being apart I guess. Dreaming of next year....maybe? Matt is making a cookie crusted ham for dinner on Christmas day. I am making wild rice soup today...and we will pull out a package of almond patties. Love and prayers sent to Haiti from Ham Lake, MN.

Your eldest & her darling husband are planning to have a big brunch this morning. We even bought hash browns - which I don't think I've had since who knows when. Then we are going to work on some projects - fixing a light fixture in our room, replacing one in my office, also planning to get up on a high ladder we borrowed from the Y to finish painting the top of the high stairwell. Church is at 6, where I'll get to see you on the projector :) and then the Jacksons invited us to dinner. We each got each other one thing & we already gave them last night --- Chris framed a super cool poster of the bone anatomy for me & I got him a hat from target. :) I also plan on taking & posting some more pics on our sorry-excuse-for-a-blog today or tomorrow. Love you. I'll try calling Hope in a bit. I love the bday gift I found her.
