Today is pre-natal day at the Women's Center. There are a handful of ladies in their final weeks of pregnancy. Thank-you for praying for them. Some of them are sleeping under tarps as they prepare to give birth. Can you imagine that?
Please also keep the young moms at Harbor House in your prayers. Building community and trust is not an easy thing. This is a week for growing pains. We've seen over and over the power of prayer, so we'll keep asking you to intercede for Mari Carmelle, Djenie, Seirgeline, Ernege, and Enisse.
Thank you God. You are here. You've come to rescue me.

I love that song. I am kind of jealous that you are like actually friends with Robbie Seay.
Trust is so hard in a place where loss is so common. Nobody ever gets used to loss. It's easier to push away for fear of being abandoned again. I will pray, Tara, that when these girls look into your face they don't see you, they see Jesus and know that He's there.
M'ap priye...Kembe fem. <3
So, now I cannot listen to Robbie Seay without picturing Troy on the big floral couch mocking him (in a good way, of course). =)
Makes me miss you more!
Praying for those Harbor House moms. My husband and I worked a few years ago at a maternity group home in Alabama and it was challenging. When you combine different personalities and add in those hormones... It can be tough. It is so exciting to see what God is doing there through Heartline.
That is a beautiful photograph!
