This is the solar oven that was donated to Lifeline a while back, we're not sure when, but it was here in September of '05 when we first visited. Each day that the sun is out; they make many, many loaves of bread with this solar oven. It is the yummiest bread. Our kids are loving having warm peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch. The bread supplements whatever the canteen is serving for lunch to the kids each day. Inexpensive and tasty, the carb-load continues.
