As we understand it, one of the 52 candidates on the ballot needs to have 50% majority. Seem very likely to you? We can pretty safely assume that won't happen, so, the next step will be to take the two candidates with they highest votes and then hold a run-off in March. They are hoping to announce the results this Friday.
