I don't even know what to say...

... except - God is big.

$4,653.41 received in 24 hours.

Match received.

$9,000 for Haiti's beautiful little ones. ($9,153.41)

After the mail is opened in MN at WWV I will give you a new grand total. Look for that on Thursday or Friday.

I am off to run 8 this morning. I am emotional - to say that I am moved, touched, blessed, amazed ... is a giant understatement.

PS- Troy has entered the world of Twitter. Yes, there is a joke there somewhere. He signed up so he can "tweet" the marathon. But he is promising entertaining tweets from around Port au Prince. The feed is on the left side of the blog. (Micro-blogging is "the thing", and Troy is cutting edge.)

Have a great Tuesday.

BUT I have one problem....I am JUST into facebook....now I am forced to read TWEETS as well??? I can't survive without knowing what is happening there....TROY WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO TO ME? Here I go again, kicking and screaming into 21st century technology.

I'm with your aunt. Can't stand to miss out on any exciting events in the Livesays' lives. So I BLAME Troy that I finally signed up for Twitter.

About the Medika Mamba Marathon fund: I know you know you should say, "God is good. All the time." :)

Can't wait for the Grand Total Update!

This is so encouraging to me that I want to throw chapstick at the screen while laughing and almost crying tears of joy. For whatever reason taking my chapstick out of my pocket and throwing it at whatever or whoever is really blessing or encouraging me has become a term of endearment. It becomes problematic at church occasionally.
Seriously, praying with you and your family and seeing what God does in your lives and the lives of those you minister to has been one of the biggest blessings to me in recent years.

Dude, I totally want to see a Haitian birth in action on my visit! In between pressing the sheets and preparing my raw vegan low-carb meals, could you also make sure there is a delivery during my stay? That would be awesome!
