Ever since we got to Haiti, the minute Troy gets crabby or is stressed, the girls call him "Nathan" - if you have not read the Poisonwood Bible, Nathan is the dad of a missionary family and he basically is insane and mean ... so Troy decided to get the ladies back, with this poster he created. He knows he has a little Nathan lurking just below the surface.
