Better to love God and die unknown than to love the world and be a hero; better to be content with poverty than to die a slave to wealth; better to have taken some risks and lost than to have done nothing and succeeded at it. -erwin lutzer
This is child #5. He turned six in March. We talked to him for almost a year about going to school. Every time it ended in teary-eyed pleas to "never make him go." He started yesterday, after much drama and angst. (and prayer) Today he had this to say:
Congratulations Noah!!! This video's beyond cute. Since he now wanna go to school forever we can expect a doctor degree someday! Neurosciencies, maybe? :)
That video is so encouraging to me, because we just had our sons Kindergarten Round-Up (where we register him for kindergarten), and I've been so concerned about him. I hope he has this same reaction!! I'm sure it was hard for you to see him go; what a blessing that he had so much fun!
Cool beans, Noah! I love school so much that I decided to be a teacher. My favorite kids to teach are kindergarteners. I wonder what your music class is like?
LOL! awesome! and he talks exactly like doug did. Elmer Fudd Disorder, we call it(affectionately). he outgrew it. im so gald noah had a great time. one less thing, as Forest Gump would say.
I keep watching this. Over and over. More vids of the kids please?? I LOVED the one Britt did on Lydia....whispering 'knock it off' That was SO SO CUTE.

I'm glad he loved school - and glad he can report "and then they laughed" with shared humor and delight. He gets it! How wonderful...

Congrats, Noah, enjoy yourself!!!!
