Earthquake

Heartline people ALL accounted for. Please know we are trying to reach others but DIgicel lines are tied up ... working on calling Cazale and Three Angels --- aftershocks every ten minutes or so now. If we know more we will keep posting as we can.

People are very very upset and running in the streets ... just pray for cool head for all. The kids are all very scared and can use prayers.

I'm so glad to hear you are okay. The first thing I thought of when I found out was all of the haiti missionary families that I know or I read about. Some friends just got back from a mission trip yesterday. Praying for you all.

Hi Troy,
I'm replying on behalf of a search and rescue team trying to get into Haiti. If you are still online, can you post details of type of buildings down and in particular if you have details of whether the airport is still operational.
Thanks,

Hi Troy,
I'm replying on behalf of a search and rescue team again. If it is possible, could you reply to haitiresponse@gmail.com with a phone number? This is nothing to do with the media and everything you say will be treated with strict confidence, but may help us to get help to the region asap.
Many thanks,

The first I knew of the earthquake was from Troy's tweet -- thank you for letting us know right away that you are okay.

Open Door has a team in Port-Au-Prince now at Mephibosheth and I don't know if everything is okay. I don't know if I can get through to find out if everyone is okay.
I hope Steve can find a way to let us know.

Glad to know that everyone at RHFH and Heartline Ministries are okay. Our heartfelt prayers go out to you and the children.

Please let us know if you need anything.

Blessings to all of you. Please let us know what is happening when you can.

Hey Guys,

We are in full prayer mode up here in Minnesota. We just told the kids a little bit ago and are trying to keep tabs on it for them. Brianna (Daphne) still has many memories and it sounds like the area that she was from was perhaps very hard hit.

Blessings to you!

I'm trying to get thru to Jack & Jeane Munos who run the FOHO guest house at Delmas 23? There is a Free Methodist Church right in front. Just a block east of the intersection of airport road and Delmas. If you can provide info would be appreciated. Heard the 3 to 4 story guest house collapsed. Please advise! Steven Scheib

Fyi from facebook and one of the kids on troy's account:
Troy Livesay For Three Angels Parents ... Troy and Megan left at 9:45pm Eastern to try to get up there to see your kids. We are running on batteries and will eventually not have this way to communicate. We are trying to answer your questions. The news on the radios is saying most of the city has collapsed ... I cannot talk to Troy so I do not know how true that is.

Dear friends,
I am writing to you from Adrian high school in Michigan. I am a student here and just heard about the sad news. It sadens me to hear about the disaster, and just knowing that people are dying. I just want to say that all of Haiti is in my heart, thoughts, and prayers. I can understand your anger and sadness for losing people around you. But never forget you have neighbors that are thinking about you day and night. I'm hoping the best for everyone in Haiti. But I'm proud to say that you all deserve the help you are getting because you need and deserve it. So just never forget that there is always someone there hoping the best for all in Haiti. Someone like me that truly cares and is very worried. Don't forget to be brave, and soon this will be over.
Sincerely, M.M

I don't have time to read everyone's posting ... just caught a quick glimpse about Rebecca from Minnesota. She was at the Missionaries of Charity Volunteer House on Delmas 31 with Pam. They were living upstairs and our group from Maryland was downstairs. In fact, I tutored Becky in Algebra and Geometry throughout the week! Love you Becky!! Anyway, they left PAP on Thursday afternoon and I assume are home by now. Our group was also able to get out on a flight to Miami on Thursday and arrived in DC late Thursday evening. We are all home safe, too. God Bless you, Pam and Becky. We love you and continue to pray for you and the Sisters and all the little children. I will try to keep in touch with you through this blog - if possible - or will see if I can reach you through Joyce and Dale. God Bless you.
Laura
